Fix a problem

Buffering, errors and login problems, sorted by what you see.

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering is usually caused by slow internet, Wi-Fi interference or network congestion. Try these fixes: 1) switch to an Ethernet cable, 2) close background apps, 3) lower the video quality to 720p, 4) restart your router, 5) test your internet speed. If it continues, contact support with the channel name and your device. Our IPTV troubleshooting guide goes through every fix.

My login details are not working. What should I do?

Check these common issues: 1) type the details manually instead of copy and paste, 2) the server URL must include http:// and the port if one is given, 3) the username and password are case-sensitive, 4) there must be no spaces before or after them. If it still fails, contact support with your username (never share your password).

No channels are loading. How do I fix this?

Try these steps: 1) refresh the playlist in your player settings, 2) clear the app cache and restart, 3) check that your subscription is active in your welcome email, 4) add the login again from scratch, 5) test on a different device or player. If it still doesn't work, contact support.

The TV guide is empty or the times are wrong. What's the fix?

1) Refresh the EPG manually in the player settings and wait 5 to 10 minutes, 2) set your device's date and time to automatic, 3) check that the right time zone is selected, 4) clear the app cache, 5) use an Xtream Codes login instead of M3U for the best guide support. The first guide load can take 10 to 15 minutes.

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

1) Clear the app cache in your device settings, 2) uninstall and reinstall the player app, 3) update to the latest app version, 4) update your device's software, 5) try another player. If crashes continue, contact support with your device model and app version. More fixes are in our guide to fixing app crashes.

What internet speed do I need?

About 15 Mbps per screen for HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K; 50 Mbps gives 4K comfortable headroom. If several people stream at once, add their speeds together. A wired Ethernet connection, or 5 GHz Wi-Fi close to the router, is more stable than 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Do I need a VPN?

No, a VPN is not required to use IPTVZ, though some viewers choose one for privacy. If you have connection problems while a VPN is on, turn it off for a moment to see whether it is the cause.
