What's the difference between credits, subscriptions and connections?
- Credits are your balance. 1 credit = 1 month of service.
- A subscription (a line) is what you create for a customer. It uses credits based on its length: 1 month = 1 credit, 3 months = 3, 6 months = 6, 12 months = 12, 24 months = 24.
- A connection is one screen playing at a time. Each line plays on one screen at a time; a customer who wants two screens at once needs two lines.
Example: a 12-month line uses 12 credits. Your credits don't expire monthly: use them whenever you create or renew a subscription.
