Why does my IPTVZ stream keep buffering and how do I fix it?

Buffering is almost always a network issue, not a problem with your subscription. The stream pauses to reload when your connection can't keep up with the video.

Work through these quick fixes in order:

  1. Check your speed. Aim for about 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Run a speed test on the same device you stream on. See how to test your speed.
  2. Use a wired connection on your main TV or box if you can. Ethernet is far more stable than Wi-Fi; otherwise use 5 GHz Wi-Fi close to the router.
  3. Restart your router and your device. Unplug the router for 30 seconds, then power it back on.
  4. Lower the stream quality (try HD instead of FHD or 4K) to see if buffering stops. If it does, the cause is bandwidth.
  5. Close other apps or downloads eating your bandwidth: game consoles, large updates, other streamers in the house.

If buffering only happens on one specific channel, it may be a temporary source issue. Try again later or contact support with the channel name. Our troubleshooting guide has more fixes.
