Choose Renew an existing subscription at checkout and use the same email as before. Your username and password stay the same, and the new time is added on top of your current end date.

If you pay with a card issued outside the US, your bank converts the amount and may add its own foreign transaction fee; that fee is set by your bank, not by IPTVZ.
