Why do I need my order number when I pay?
Your order number is how we match your payment to your order. Bank transfers and payment receipts often don't show your name or email clearly, so the order number tells us exactly which order the money is for.
- For a bank transfer, enter the order number in the field your bank offers for it. Depending on your bank it is called memo, notes or remarks.
- For Binance Pay, you can leave the note empty. If you add one, write only your order number.
- When you send your proof of payment, reply to your order email: the reply is linked to your order automatically.
Write only the order number in these fields, nothing else. Without it, confirming your payment can take longer. You can find the number in your order confirmation email and on your account page, for example #A1B2C3D4.
