Important Notice – Connection Limit Policy

Your plan allows a set number of devices at the same time. Using more will stop your service, and repeated misuse can get your subscription suspended.

Want to watch on another device? Close the app on one of the others first. Connections and devices explained

I see "max connections reached" or my stream keeps stopping. Why?

Your plan allows a set number of streams at the same time (connections). This message means your login is already playing on as many screens as your plan allows.

  1. Close the app on other devices: a TV left on a channel, a phone in the background or a box that never turned off all keep their stream open.
  2. Wait a minute after closing them; the old stream needs a moment to end.
  3. Restart the device you want to watch on.

If two or more people regularly watch at once, add devices to your plan; see connection vs device.

Using more connections than your plan allows can trigger our protection system, which stops the service for a while. Repeated violations can lead to suspension of the subscription.
