The IPTV app keeps crashing or freezing. How do I stop it?

1. Clear the app cache in your device settings (on a Firestick: Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications, choose the app, Clear cache).
2. Update the app to the latest version, and update your device's software.
3. Restart the device. Streaming sticks run low on memory after days without a restart.
4. Free up storage. Uninstall apps you don't use; a full Firestick slows everything down.
5. Reinstall the app, then add your login again.
6. Try another player to see whether the problem is the app.
